Who will process my personal data?

What personal data will be processed? Why will be my personal data processed and what is the legal basis for processing? How long will be my personal data stored by controller?
a) In case of product inquiry or product purchase
Processed personal data
a) in case of product inquiry: we will process your identification and contact details, the requested product data and the demand made by you, including any information contained in these documents
b) in case of product purchase: we will process your identification and contact details, invoicing and delivery address, purchased product information (hereinafter referred to as "performance of a contract"), issued accounting and tax documents and your order (hereinafter referred to as "contract"), including all data contained in these documents. In the event that you have purchased a product on our site for the benefit of another person designated by you, we will also record the personal data of that person in the above scope. We have the authority to disclose to such designated person who purchased the product for him/her.
Legal basis and purpose of processing, period of data storage
a) in case of product inquiry:
We will process the data stated above to secure the conclusion of the contract. The legal basis is the contract, including necessary processing in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, (period of data storage: for the duration of the negotiations on the conclusion of the contract, in the case of a clearly unfinished negotiations, no later than 1 year after your last reaction in the pre-contractual negotiations).
We will also use the data stated above to send you our commercial communication related to product we offer. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in developing and improving the quality of our products and services. You can opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by manner specified in each commercial communication sent (period of data storage: 1 year after your last reaction in the pre-contractual negotiations).
b) in case of product purchase:
We will process the issued and accepted accounting and tax documents and the order/contract, including all data contained in these documents, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations stipulated by the legal regulations that apply to us in connection with your contract. The legal basis is the fulfilment of a legal obligation to keep a proper and transparent accountancy (period of data storage: 10 years after the relevant accounting record was made).
We will process the identification and contact details, data related or necessary to the performance of a contract for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and contract performance. The legal basis is the contract. (period of data storage: the duration of the contract and subsequently for a period of time necessary for securing our legal claims resulting from the contract, i.e. as long as our mutual rights and obligations may become a subject matter of a court dispute. With respect to the periods of limitation stipulated by the Czech Civil Code, we will retain your personal data for the period of 10 years after the termination of the contract. The legal basis for such period is our legitimate interest in the protection of our rights and proving the fulfilment of obligations arising out of the contract).
We will process your personal data relating to any guarantee claim made for a period of 4 years from the date of claim. For the period after the termination of the contract and after the claim is made, our legitimate interest in protecting our rights and substantiating the fulfilment of the obligations under the contract will be the legal basis for such processing.
We will continue to use your name, surname, e-mail address and purchase history to send you our commercial communication related to product we offer. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in developing and improving the quality of our products and services. You can opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by manner specified in each commercial communication sent. (Period of data storage: duration of the contract and further for 2 years after the termination of the contract).

It is not mandatory for you to disclose us your personal data. However, if you decide to not to disclose your personal data required in the inquiry or order, we will not be able to provide you with the purchase offer or the purchase itself and we will not conclude a corresponding contract with you.
b) In case of your visit of our website

You have also the right to request the erasure of personal data which are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were originally collected or which cannot be used by the controller anymore for other reasons (e.g. they have been processed unlawfully, they have to be erased if imposed by law, etc.).
Furthermore, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes (sending commercial communication). If you do so, your personal data will no longer be used for this purpose. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, which relies on our legitimate interest – in such case, we will continue to process your personal data only if it is proved that there are serious legitimate reasons for this practice.
You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data – this means that you can ask us not to erase your personal data which we would be otherwise obliged to erase, or you can ask us not to work with your personal data anymore until it becomes clear whether the processed personal data are accurate or whether your objection to the processing of personal data was raised reasonably (see the right to object below).
